Every cabinet goes through 8 rigorous production stages with full quality inspection checkpoints.
Raw Material Inspection
Cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, and galvanized sheets are inspected for thickness, hardness, and surface quality before entering production.
CNC Laser Cutting
High-precision fiber laser cutting machines achieve ±0.1mm accuracy. Custom hole patterns, ventilation slots, and cable entry points cut to specification.
CNC Bending
Automated CNC press brakes form panels, frames, and brackets with consistent bend angles. Ensures structural rigidity and dimensional accuracy.
Precision Welding
MIG/TIG welding by certified welders assembles the cabinet frame. Weld quality is inspected for strength, appearance, and dimensional conformance.
Surface Pretreatment
Multi-stage chemical pretreatment: degreasing, phosphating, and passivation to ensure optimal powder coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Electrostatic Powder Coating
Automated electrostatic spray guns apply eco-friendly powder coating in any RAL color. Cured at 200°C for a uniform, durable finish.
Final Assembly
Doors, locks, hinges, cable management, mounting rails, casters, and all accessories are installed and adjusted to specification.
QC Inspection & Shipment
Full dimensional check, load test, coating thickness measurement, and appearance inspection. Only approved units are packed and shipped.
